The team is great, but the culture is completely broken. To everyone still there, I know it's a rough job market, but there are better places out there if you are patient and take your time to find them.

The company and remaining loyal employees will be MUCH better off without you. Best of luck with your inevitable next unhappy job experience.
This has to be the stupidest thing ever. If you’ve been with BP >10yrs Just hang on until you get your severance and shares vested.
It will be a load off! Congratulations for choosing you! No I’m not an HR plant. lol
@ck it’s not always about the money for everyone. Depending on your situation, there may be more value in protecting your health, sanity, and happiness. There is always going to be some golden handcuff to chase whether it be annual bonus, potential severance payment, options, etc.
Agreed. Why leaving money on the table?
This sounds like an HR plant. Stay and collect your severance!!!
It’s probably best to stay and collect the severance. We’ve all earned it.
Best of luck and God Bless You... You'll be fine.
Congratulations, I hope where you’re off to has better, more trustworthy leaders and a stable company strategy. Think of us when you’re gone and as Noel says, don’t look back in anger.
