I keep hearing the manager are thieves at this bank? No point in working to have your commissions stolen? Anyone have feedback on this? Particularly in the Charlotte region?

Probably. The sad part is that these managers have no self worth. Everyone can see through them and they are desperate for attention and respect. The issue originates from their childhood, but they can’t see past themselves and their status. This makes them steal, lie, smear, and cheat others out of desperation to be relevant and win at all costs, even dishonestly. Most people like this end up alone mentally and spiritually after retirement when there is nothing left to take from others in order to prop themselves up. Best to just stay away from these people and find someone that wants to be part of a real team, not a fake one. Hopefully no one is like this at Fifth Third, but banks breed people like this….
