There is no career in the USA for employees. They are moving as many jobs to India as they can. They cannot hire enough employees in India and they are bringing in MSP resources now to back fill the employee positins, thinking they can poach form the MSP teams they hire. Based on some managers I have talked to, a lot of the Indian employees only work in jobs for 2 or 3 years then move to another company for better pay. So the attrition in India may erode the OC of the staffing and it may create a continous loop of employees leaving then new people being hire to back fill and then more attrition and hiring again.
@OP If you think you have a future career in Houston think again, actions speak louder than words. The next relocation will be to offshore- oh yeah, you’re too expensive so you’ll just be laid off.
