Large number of them can be replaced with AI far easier than your lower level SMEs.

i only know of one director who got let go for certain. I heard a rumor about a VP, but its as of yet unconfirmed.
Ooddles of ICs though. What are all the managers and directors in CIO going to do, they don't know how to code or how to even log into AWS console. Sad.
& the fakers who act like they know the business/process with leadership but don’t & delegate everything to SME’s yet receive + accept credit for it. Walk the talk; eliminate waste, fraud & abuse!
