Ummm Robin is selling AI to the street. His stock price is through the proof, has bank profitability increased? Ask yourself this question.

This Eliza implementation will be remembered as one of the most foolish implementations in the bank’s history. Not only did it fail to work as intended, but the narrative behind it was questionable and out of touch, resulting in the loss of jobs for many individuals who are familiar with the nuns and the intricacies of the systems. The bank is losing valuable human capital due to this narrative and the perceived disconnect between the C-suite and middle management.
@et the integration with enterprise agents makes it more useful, but I still use copilot for some things. Depending on your entitlements, Eliza can have access to the same data as copilot does, which is nice
Is Eliza any better than Copilot?
Any amount is too much. They used Eliza to collect data in yet another clean up project and the data was incorrect... go figure.
More wasted time.

I’ve spent hours correcting mistakes made from AI especially with coding. Managers push for it but now o just ignore.
3.5% of all spend goes to AI as of now.
