So to stop people who leave AEP transmission because of the poor executive leadership over them, they are now going to break the relationships we’ve built with our partners and have another company control our OECs so we can’t build relationships. They are so blind. You treat your people with respect then you won’t have them leaving. Pure and simple. Kamran and Manish have NO respect or repore with their people. Sad.
