Don't expect the epublicans or emocrats to take any action. You have to do it yourselves.
The thing is stack rankings are done from low levels up to Senior Director. VP levels and above are not subjected to stack rankings although they also have twice yearly reviews. It doesn't provide for greater job security because they can be fired at anytime, anyplace, and anywhere by someone who doesn't like them. It's even more brutal for those Sk@anks.
