im hearing everyone is just "existing" and feels like they have no direction or purpose. lets hear what the vibe is like in your work group?

Ops. Chaotic. No plan. Spending a ton of money because we can't just say "we messed up" & scrap a bad system.
All of those folks doing “nothing” should be RIF’ed immediately. Period. Go somewhere else. Just go already!
They took all of our work away. ALL of it. Doing nothing & waiting for the RIF.
Barely or not working. Nobody notices and they pay $$$$
In our group everyone is doing the bare minimum in fact some don’t work. The only thing project being worked on is Life after Verizon. Everyone has a Plan B.
