Laid off today, no notice from "leaders", a simple/stale email from "the people team" that my position has been eliminated. A company that says it has values/principles yet exercises none of these for the welfare of their employees. They have also sheltered people that have committed s-xual harassment and I have proof. Good riddance. I would not work here.

Nutanix has become filled with outsiders from Dell In VMware. They were worthless at their prior companies and they’re being brought over by their friends. Nutanix strives at finding new ways to pay you less. When I first started the company you had really good opportunities to make money. Those days are gone. My manager was a joke. He managed up and didn’t care about the people that worked for him. He would set one on one calls and ask you what you wanted to talk about. I didn’t wanna talk to him because he was useless. The great people have been let go one by one and the clowns run. The circus morale is in the toilet and people are looking for jobs. I wish all the people there are the best of luck get out while you can.

very very sorry to hear this. I dont wish this on anyone as I was laid off from another company about 2 years ago. The good news is you will find something else I promise you.
