The guy was asked how culture gives an advantage and the dude went off on his dad passing ( I mean sorry for your loss ) but then he told the whole world he was a bad person? Like what is going on here. They have no answers. So just give long word salads so people lose focus on what the question was.

THEY ARE TRYING TO KI-L US WITH CRINGE
I can’t tell you how many conversations I’ve had with colleagues who’ve been around over a decade where we discuss how culture has tanked in this company. I wish they had the ba--s to address that they have failed us and they genuinely want to make things better. Frequent layoffs, good employees getting dismal increases that do not even come close to keeping up with inflation, toxic leaders, etc… we’re more stressed than ever.
The CFO, who called his brother a piece of cr-p. He's a prize.
None of this will be successful with the plan to keep losing good onshore talent and shifting everything to India.
toxic
I absolutely cannot believe what comes out of his mouth! No one apparently gives him talking points. He has such a problem with everyone, when you’re the common denominator - you are the problem! And to think he’s a CFO…
@OP dude is throwing big “I’m emotionally abusive” vibes.
This was also strange to me… who spews their family drama on a platform like this? Your child is a minor, poor kid.
It's the same guy who complained about his brother last time! And it sounds like he has a bad relationship with his son, too. What are the odds that he's the only reasonable dude in his family
Welcome to disconnected corporate culture of keeping the share-holders pockets lined above all.
