LabCorp just got rid of quite a few high level folks in tech. More to come I bet. We have to pay for AI.

There are lots of folks worried about their jobs. It is a big distraction from getting work done.
Lots of metrics coming for all teams. Would expect more shuffling within the orgs under Bola. Lots of HR folks on the invite yesterday for the "Town Hall" which was more like a state of the union (read from script, no Q& A, not in the auditorium).
Yes, restructuring is happening in Tech. VPs of BLS and PMO are gone. Teams are being moved and budgets for projects are going to “reviewed” under much more scrutiny moving forward.
