I keep hearing of lots of HR complaints that are happening in the BTC office. Is this true or just more rumor mongering

It's Indians harrassing Indians like they've been doing for centuries - let them dig their own grave. They won't dare to do it to non-Indians cause they understand we won't tolerate it. Their own folks will lash their tongue and keep silent since its common in India regardless of EM or not.
A lot of tribalism. Caste system is alive and well.
H/R works for the company, not the employee. H/R only acts when the employee's attorney sends a letter documenting the criminal activity(s) that other employees especially management is involved in.
So much harassment by the male Indians against females. Absolutely disgusting.
In addition, it who you know; not what you know.
And don’t forget the controls integrity complaints too. Very corrupt society.
I honestly don’t know why this company even maintains an HR department—aside from cutting payroll cheques—because what they have is one of the most inept, self‑serving HR groups imaginable. A cluster of sycophants and useless airheads masquerading as ‘people professionals,’ they contribute nothing, protect no one, and care absolutely nothing about employees. Their only real function is to shield leadership and preserve their own positions.
There are several inconsistencies and unclear statements in this post around BTC, “culture” and HR...My only recommendation is that women avoid visiting BTC
Speaking of HR , we’ve officially hit the one‑year anniversary of the CEO‑and‑HR Coldplay‑concert affair. Cheers to more and more of them exposing themselves.
Since when HR cares about culture?
