Inquiring minds want to know, is the grass really greener or are the same problems from Crown being passed down the line?

Upper management is still inept and worse than ever and pushes for numbers regardless of if it’s possible or not. So it’s the same old
There was a lot of craziness and uncertainty the first month or two, but they’ve been doing a great job trying to keep us in the know.
As long as the business itself picks up, I think we’re in the clear. The leadership doesn’t seem to have patience for BS.
Thankfully the transaction broke up many of the incestuous relationships between departments.
I’m more curious and excited than unsure and unstable about things than I was 6 months ago.
Keep your fingers crossed it stays that way. 🤞
Btw, where are the Zayo focus. How you folks doing?
It is comically better. I feel sad for the people of Crown.
Arium is great! Everyone is more relaxed and the leadership actually cares about the employees and takes an interest in what we have to say. So yes, the grass is like a golf course on this side.
Things are much more positive at AN but I can feel the echoes of bad corporate habits from CCI starting to creep in already, specifically poor communication from the top down. The new CEO is a breath of fresh air too
So far, so good. Nothing as far as my team and duties have changed, and management actually are listening to the people when it comes to creating a company we can all be proud of. It was an easy transition and luckily, my market was one that was switched to fully remote so thats also a plus. Honestly, I couldn't be happier to be a part of Arium.
Arium and Zayo folk seem happy and are doing work that seems productive so the irony is many leaders took the list as an opportunity to purge people they didn’t like and in end it’s seems clear the issue was the leaders who stayed crown and made the choices are the issue from all accounts and people that didn’t get listed to go are now trapped in it because they won’t get a package like those who left did.
We definitely inherited a lot of the Crown issues at Arium but luckily the company is already working to change or fix the problems. So far, I’m very happy at Arium.
Loving it at AN. A lot less of the blame game. Working actively to build a distinct culture—and they are asking for our input. Whether they use it or not remains to be seen. We don’t have Adolph at the helm.
guess it depends on who you talk to. I love Arium so far.
I heard Arium is the same sh-t different company
