@ez I worked with non-union workers on my last gig and 80% of my team are useless, lazy, deceitful however they brown nose really well so they well liked by the Manager.

@ak If all the union members are so good then why do they need to hide behind the “union”? I’ve worked with union folks and they have a bad attitude. They either refuse to do what needs to be done or make things difficult. No thanks.
There is a pulse coming for the union. Doesn’t it make sense to have the union do a separate pulse since their working environment is very different from management? there will be a union pulse in the future.
@ak if we could only teach these individuals doing the recycling the difference between a copper cable and a fiber cable.
@a4 the same pulse survey where a “union member” first suggested what has now become the cable mining/recycling project which has officially rolled out making the company millions? Or the decommission project which has rolled out nation wide? Hmmm try again
You'd get a smarter answer from a dog than from a union member...they'd probably decline the survey saying that have not training on it and so do not know how to...🤣🤣🤣🤣
