Just as long as advanced packaging isn’t impacted. They are our saviors
People paid the highest base salary, in each band are targeted.
Best to always get banded high and middle pay.
Bonus, RSU’s, expat packages, etc are never looked at for layoffs.
There were folks costing the company a million dollars a year because they were expats, but their base was very low compared to the locals, and they were always safe from a layoff.
This is well known and driven by TB.
Now you know, plan your career accordingly.
People with highest reclass rate are getting the boot. Some of you PT are worse than letting random numbers do the job.
