Bryan has the energy of a used car salesman. He seems very untrustworthy and incompetent. They just talk a lot without saying anything substantive. What is happening with the company? What is HISs future? Why do they even do quarterly calls to tell us we are doing well and then pull some bs like this. Bryan is taking home a gigantic paycheck compared to the size of our company. The greed of shareholders is really insane. Every company lays off thousands of employees like it’s nothing just because the profits were 1 or 2 percentage lower.

I’ve been calling Bryan a used car salesman since I first saw him. Big bullsh-t businessman smile. Him and all his cronies are so eager to label themselves as leadership; they’re all just vapid managers, empty suits. To be a leader, you need to inspire others to follow, none of those tools have any idea how to do that.
He’s a coward too. Too cowardly to tell Nelson Peltz to pound sand. Too cowardly to address Peltz’s letter’s direct criticism of Bryan and his buddies during a town hall (Solventum's post-spin-off structure maximizing leadership pay instead of driving actual value for shareholders). To be clear, Peltz and his ilk are also total sc-mbags who profit off other’s pain and suffering, but the enemy of my enemy is my friend…

The leadership has been abysmal. Communication almost non existent. It’s so much worse than the worst days at 3M before spinning off. Not sure 3M is so great either right now.
