What happened to last pulse survey? Does anybody have insight into overall ratings?

I was told last year by my boss at the time to just give the highest score so that we don’t have to come up with an action plan
Management does not have a pulse.
@h8 One MILLION would save some jobs every year.
@dg not to defend Pulse survey, but $1M is such a drop in the bucket rounding error that it’s not even something worth complaining about
@OP I asked that same question before I left and took another position. I was told they put it on hold. Of course they did! I'm absolutely not surprised with the outage today. It's sad the direction they're going in!
I wish I could give negative ratings below 0
Nearly everyone lied to keep their jobs and not bring down endless hours of useless meetings they don't have time for.
Straight fives, stay alive.
The fact that leadership is so tone deaf they pay $1M a year to “hear” from their own employees via a 3rd party service says everything you need to know.
I really don't understand why they waste the time and money to do these surveys because they really don't care what the answers are and they never address them anyway.
Dan said in his quarterly that he's still reading all the verbatims
@OP The beatings will continue until morale improves.
I always lied on those things
They fell even more and they’ve been falling for at least a year, the trend is downward but of course nothing ever happens with them anyway
@OP Through the roof! Everything is awesome! 🎶
It dropped some 7-10% or something like that. The Schulman mentioned it in his last all hands for Q2 earnings. He also mentioned they weren’t too worried about it given the massive cuts and recalibration and all of that. Apparently Gallup said it’s common under those circumstances to see upwards of a 30% drop so the drop they observed was not as bad as it has been observed in other companies going through this level of change. So basically if you still feel strongly about things put it in the next survey and the next. Generally it’s just a pulse check, pun intended
