I heard some of my colleagues have been getting OWD and heading to NC for training. What do they actually do there? And how hard is it to get OWD?

A whole lot of circlej--king at these trainings. Also they put the train in training if you catch my drift.
NC is just supervisory/management training. Has nothing to do with OWD. Y’all need to stop making things up.
NC training is not just for hipos. That is a myth. Smoke and mirrors to keep people thinking they have more potential than they actually do.
If someone gets OWD for 5 straight years, do they keep getting promoted? I imagine there’s a cap to how fast hi-POs can rise.
OwD is roughly 1 in 100
