Anyone in delivery being told to log only 40 hours in SAP regardless of what they worked? That reeks of corruption. Counter it with comp time, they said, while barking that deliverables aren’t being met. What a joke!!!

Been in the 40 hour boat for 6 months or so. We just take comp time when we go over. Whether said or not, it’s a sign of a company in trouble.
@fg Moreover, majority of the existing contracts are under water, so giving it another OT burden will sink them slowly more and more. All that given the sh---y handover conditions that Marty has agreed with Ginny for the spin-off. Everyone sensible hopes that that SEC will charge Marty with securities fraud and punish with fines and clawbacks.
Not saying whether or not you should work more than 40 hours, but your account gets charged each hour claimed in the finance system. Their gross profit is affected. You show full utilization at 40 and don't get anything for going over.
The time-tracking and claiming process in this company represents a major fraud. Staff members are pressured to log hours exclusively against client projects, despite the fact that their roles entail duties beyond client-facing work. I had a colleague who refused to participate in this deception and resigned. Standard time logging for contracted personnel ought to encompass time present at work, annual leave, sick leave, administrative/internal tasks, training, among others. This serves two objectives: maximizing employee exploitation and deceiving investors.
we are allowed to claim 40 hours, no OT, just work extra, if needed.
Thats a red flag. Hours should be claimed on actuals.
