Then it's only because you couldn't ever get a similar type of role at another company, right? I'm genuinely trying to think if there is any other reason. Seems like if you were able you would be long gone by now...

Voyix hasn’t made any big restructuring actions that could effect VPs… keep asking them to layoff everyone else w/no plan or strategy or comms that anything will be different. It becomes a personal decision at some point on what type of principles you are willing to live your life by.
Quitting would be stupid, big fat salary for now, then big 💰 💰 💰 💰 money to be let go, rewarding failure is how it works.
VP and above have a monster severance package. Why walk away from that? Stick around, F-around as normal and take your time with a job search.
