After the layoffs, they placed people who have no idea what they're doing in management positions over teams, they have NO clue what they do. It's so insulting to a team, to have a manager ask you "what exactly do you do" or "how do you do this?" because you laid off their supervisor who handled all of this work.
No training or anything, no wonder why Cigna wants to sell us.
