They come from every organization, bringing a wide range of expertise and experience. Together, they could potentially form a new team or company capable of competing for—and even taking—contracts currently held by Hughes.

@14d Aero has no future, the tech stack is no comparison with starlink or amazon - they were able to only secure these contracts through personal contacts - i do not expect them to get any more...
Aero might have a future, but the rest of it is built around GEO - that's a dying market.
I for one believe in the people of Hughes. They're an advantage to any company. However, Hughes as assets, financials (whether or not you agree with its levels), has the marketing and brand, has facilities, has an organizational structure proven for many decades. They simply got hit with financial and resource issues. But for a start up to try to get to at the very least the level they are in? You need a couple of hundred million dollars of investment, buddy. So what you are really trying to say is "one can open up a consulting company that offers the KB that came out of Hughes". Well, good luck with branding, operational/financial prowess, non-compete contract renegotiation with Hughes, it's a lot of effort. And if you are as organized as Hughes is now, you'd still not be able to match what a broken Hughes Network Systems has.
@ak I saw too many of these types
Id--tic on many levels and pretty on point for the average Echostar employee
