The office is like old folks home it’s an aging firm where nobody has the drive to push for innovation because of long service. Everyone is slacked any new projects or ideas quickly get throw out the window. Network / Data firm but it’s very outdated .
Need new blood transfusion of workforce before too late.

It's most of the "old" folks who are doing most of the hard work actually.
