Folks between stock price falling, security officers being hired on, still lack of investment into our people and buildings. It's only matter of time. AI is around the corner, the clock is ticking. Every department is leveraging Copilot more and more, external contractors are hired to leverage AI. It was fun while it lasted.

@100 Haven't you heard their better together horsesh-t they tried to shove down our throats since RTO? They don't care. Leadership can pretend to sympathize with employees going through he-l because of it, but deep down they just don't care.

Listen I hate Brian as much as everyone else and think he's crashing the company for profit or maybe even total incompetence, but right now if you google "are there dolphins in lake erie" AI will confidently cite you an april fools article confirming there's 240 dolphins in lake erie according to scientists, I don't think AI is taking my job anytime soon, now an Indian that Brian gives an H1B or outsources to? Maybe

@OP FE awarded a rate case increase to to Inflation for Mon Power. If the rate is increase is due to inflation and not to increase their profits to pay the dividend that bankrupting them, The employees need to see the same inflationary increase on their checks.
Just more smoke screens, their is a reason severance packages were modified last year.... writing is on the wall for change in regime thats coming.

One thing I'll give Copilot is that it at least gives me an answer, unlike my human colleagues. It might be a wrong answer, but it's something.
