If you work at Cisco it seems foolish to celebrate a stock dip or poor company performance.
It's probably born of the false hope that if the company drops hard enough management might start addressing problems that have been festering for decades.
For now, they are happy and I am very happy.
If you feel unhappy
You shall move on and forgive yourself, not Cisco.
We are all business people and have a family to feed.
