What pay raise do I expect with Outstanding ranking this year? Does my Good ranking from last year matter?

There is clearly downward pressure on compensation and a desire to drive attrition. I suspect raises will be low again this year.
The difference between the top and bottom salary in a band is quite small. What really matters is how quickly you are promoted and that is based on sponsorship.
Was not that long ago and I was in similar situation. Now I am being shown the door. And no I didn’t stop contributing.
fn (CL 27, Age 47 -> YEE 25, 2026 PA O) = the only way is down and out before you make it to RE. Many who were assessed not too long aga as you are currently are in NI/NSI now and getting PIP/laid off.

Don’t expect much but at least in 7 years you will get some RSUs🤡
