Mauoervisor seemed shocked when they dropped my ranking that I told them I would be quitting. They said but you are not NSI and Good is really a good outcome in such a competitive rank group. Why would I stay around when I no longer receive any RSUs and am over my salary curve?

Yea - I’d agree with everyone else..no raises and no promos for you..time to start looking elsewhere
If you aren’t getting RSUs they don’t want you. If you are getting RSUs they will change their mind and PIP you before the RSUs fully vest!
I know a host of hats looking for the exits as well.
They should rename “Good” into something else
No RSU = No Future; time to explore opportunities
