What is CRU?
@vw If you lurk on Centene’s layoff site and read their employee’s posts, everything that happens to them, the same will occur either Humana employees approximately 3 to 6 months out.
I have studied patterns my entire life and from what I have seen while lurking both sites, amongst other health insurance layoff sites, is that Humana is approximately 3 to 6 months behind Centene regarding RIF strategies. Both Cigna is probably the next closest in following Centene pattern and then Elevance, and then Humana. That tells me that Humana has slightly more capital and other things that are providing them a little more cushion to buy them a little more time. But the time difference between them and Centene is measured in months not years.
They are making these work conditions hard on purpose in hopes for people to quit
