The Commercial Central Area did not show up in FY26. New Area and Operation Leaders are needed. The other areas have their act together based on all the accolades they received.

Congrats to the West and East. Unfortunately for us in Central, we have horrendous leadership. Previous poster is correct that we have no expense budget, no customer lunches, dinners, no mileage, no nothing. AVP did this a couple of years ago and ask us to stop all expenses then he took the expense budget and took international trip to go see his favorite football team play. Maybe we should be asking Central AVP where his pipeline is. We should demand accountability from him. There is a reason he has been passed over for promotion the last 2 times.

CCA AVP has cut Expenses. There are no expenses for entertaining customers and there is no budget for mileage. I have been told by my RM and OD do not expense mileage. The CCA AVP is probably taking another trip with his Patriots and will use the expense budget for that instead of us meeting customers.
