That's not how it works at Oracle.
Since there were no meetings last time, just an email of doom, I expect the same next time.

Not the way oracle works. Unless they are preparing managers to deliver the news. If they follow the prior playbook...silent. no notice. Only M6 and above know. Then...ka'bam. Terrible way to treat employees.....its all a facade and politics.
