Just switched my cellphone service from Boost Mobile to T-Mobile and so relieved to be totally disconnected from wretched EchoStar/Dish!!! Absolutely WORST working experience I ever had during my 40+ telecom career. In looking back there were NO upsides to working at EchoStar/Dish. Low pay, terrible benefits, nasty work environment, incompetent management, pitiful 401k contribution and no severance.

The subscription, or rather the lack of it, was used as one of the metrics to decide who was laid off. They literally looked at any data except actual productivity.
You knew things were sc--wed when they tried to make everyone switch to Boost.
