I am guessing yes. How are you handling it? Is your management aware? Mine has increased substantially. I don't know how long this lasts but health can take the back seat only for so long.

Yall need to set some boundaries. Working extra hours to insulate "leadership" from their staffing decisions is bootlicking. You don't want to be bootlickers now, do you?
Yes 100%. We’ve been complaining that deadlines have not budged despite teams getting obliterated. Sister team to ours just had their release pushed back so it sounds like things are starting to break. We’ve all been working OT to get the same amount of work done with less people. Leaders heads are in the sand or are too busy trying to get out themselves.
Yeah my team was cut 60% in May and now the rest of us are supposed to do everything. My boss is actually supportive and attempts to shield me from the bullsh-t from above so if you have a good relationship with immediate management I'd be open about it. I just do what I can and don't really care if stuff doesn't get done. Do not harm your health for these a--holes.
