What does the future of the FP&A org look like at VZ? Any rumors?

They did a transformation way back in 2016/2017. Maybe they do another one to reevaluate talent and align it to how the company wants to grow.

They should fire the leaders that are still there that bloated their teams for years with overlap and chaos. Yet they got away with it and were promoted.
I haven't heard any specific rumors. Obviously there will be more RIFs. I'm in FP&A and we lost 40% of our team during the Nov one.
The finance orgs have been removed a few times in the past year. They are changing w all of Dan's moves.
