The amount of people in a management position without the slightest idea of what being a manager means is incredible. Directors that continue to belittle and undermine their managers and direct reports, creates a toxic environment that manager then replicate on thier own teams. I have never seen so many people paid to literally do nothing. Managers spend more time in their cars running errands while attending calls that actual doing the jobs they are paid to
