Going into this cart system with a Sap issue, we will be getting huge Nos orders that cant be edited. More dumping of product and more horrible backstock. Greed!!

They can be edited. Just call customer care and have them deleted or reduced. Or tell the stores to refuse them.

They tell us to talk to the stores and let them know all this extra product is coming in to avoid refusals. I’m not talking to anyone. I want them to refuse every fu--ing order.

They want RTM doing a higher level amount of work for the pay and perks, so they took most, but not all of the job duties, and stuck them on you peons, and made your job a higher responsibility, but low paying job. Welcome to Corporate America. Eventually everyone will be gone. There's no way this structure will stay this way. This is the first of the begining of the end. You think RTM own this company, and give a fu-k if you come, go, do your job, etc? Get over yourself! This is why there should be unions. You wouldn't be doing all the work you will now be doing for sh-t wages.
Yeah lumping us in as a whole with your sh-t experience. You ever think that maybe we're miserable because we do the jobs of both sales rep AND merchandiser, but without the fu--ing salary and company car?
That's why they deemed your role with the company obsolete because we're capable of handling sh-t without you. Do we like it? Fu-k no we don't, we're over worked and under paid af. All the MOWs are the most miserable as I’ve ever seen them…. And i totally can understand why. As RTM im constantly going to stores with them and help them out so there isn’t as much on them.
With the constant nos orders, our sneaky DMs adding product to locked orders, customer team’s adding more , it’s becoming just ridiculous and unbearable. But hey, what do they care? They just watch the sales number go up from a screen as they all sit back and relax congratulating themselves for a job well done in raising sales, while we deal with the constant never ending bullsh-t. I especially love it when they force those giant orders right before store has inventory and the store gets all pissy with you like it was your fault.
You know what NOS stands for? Not On Sale!! 😭
