I am training offshore replacements and hoping this preserves my job. Anyone have insight?

If you have been there long enough just wait for the layoff and severance.

they had a coworker train our team for parts of their job. we all saw the writing on the wall - that person being let go, hence the training, but management REFUSED to say that. That persons' team laid off today.
