It seems every bathroom I visit has a broken sink or toilet. My personal favorite is the toilet that has not stopped flushing for weeks. I wonder how many gallons of water it has used.

All money is to be handed to executives and shareholders - asset integrity of any sort is secondary to that goal.
If fixing a broken toilet looked good on PDS there would be a line out the door to take a look at it tomorrow.
Probably enough water to pay for the toilet repair 2 or 3 times over.
It's the Exxon way.
