Honestly this time I hope everyone that gets laid off are those who deserve it. Sick of seeing hard working friends get axed.

It's not about "most deserving". It's about humans being replaced by machines.
I guess they will layoff the staff who are actually doing the job and will be left over with bloated management and director layers.

In my team almost every one is working very hard. We got two M5s in the team. One is probably redundant. Its not that people are not working. Its just that there is not much work available after the recent GA
When they start accurately time logging. Paid for work done only not yoga, shopping or on vacation.
Paid by the hour, or something else
