With all the recent reports my manager now reports to India and there is a written public goal that our job is to build capability in Bangalore. How long until they fire my group? Anyone else experiencing similar changes?

Ge-z - it's everywhere! So I was looking to develop a successor for myself in Houston (I can retire as soon as next summer), but I was told not to bother, as they would replace me in Bangalore. Um...ok. #dumpsterfire
