Is it standard practice for recruiters to ghost after interviews? The interview process itself was pretty unprofessional but I was willing to look past that. What is the standard turn around time for hearing back after an interview?

Yes, TD's HR is under so much scrutiny they're afraid to communicate at all. I've been ghosted on several occasions and decided to make a game of it at the recommendation of my employment attorney.
Yes, as soon as a candidate is out of contention, HR won't bother with any further communications.
