Anyone hearning anything about reporting requirement ratio's? I am hearing a mandatory 6-1 to eliminate middle management.

great get rid of the deadweight. the stack rankings are done uniformly to individual and those lazy managers too. stack rank all'em.
Ten?! At my new place I have 17 people to one manager!
They recently changed team sizes to 10 people to 1 manager and are now “adjusting” people’s titles. I think a big headcount reduction is coming.
