Verizon needs to focus on the quality of people not the friendships they have outside of work. The entire DMV needs a major shake up and they need to replace the entire leadership staff starting with Thompson. He loves to hire his friends and then over looks there sh---y performance. If you’re not a Clark County boy you’re treated differently, not trusted and quite frankly not liked.

Happens all over the place. Same happening in France. Directors looking after their own country numbers and losing good experienced staff in other countries. God is good and their day will come also.
