Our HR at 294 when she closed with us Sunday clocked everyone out on her own. We were waiting on her. Then we had bag checks. Isn’t this illegal ?

Yes. Highly illegal.
This won’t help with last Sunday, but it may help going forward. You can edit your punches through the online Legion app by signing in at myapps.microsoft.com.
As long as management hasn’t approved that day’s punches yet, you should still be able to make corrections (edit/add/remove punches).
Yes it is….once you are off the clock you are free to go. It’s a violation of wage and hour laws.
