If Shannon’s job is make OpenText’s internal support one system after years of bolt-ones she is failing. However if her job is to be a first-time enterprise CIO-style operator across sales, delivery, and product ops, she fails there too. The new test will be whether she actually simplifies decision rights or just adds another layer to this bureaucratic mess.
Every VP and senior director under this org is worthless with no contribution to the organization except su-king up to higher positions Elts.
Call them out so that truth is out there in open .
