Im wondering if the 4 hours on the clock training we are granted per month and the AI My Agent that was announced are going to be delegated by Cisco on what we study and if we use the Agent or not.

Face it, Buffy was a bad hire and she brought in cronies that are just as bad. Do the right thing and cut them loose
People talking here about building agents are showing just how far behind the curve they already are.
It's comical to watch Mr. Smithers and the Leprechan to boast about AI while reading a script written by AI and pat each other on the back about AI. It's like having a Ferrari and only using the cup holders. Get rid of those dolts
On top of that, get rid of Buffy, Neal, and Phil, they are clueless dolts destroying CX. 1980's management that have not adapted
if you can't figure out how to build an agent at this point you're hopeless. My Agent is basically the re--rd version of trying to give middle management an olive branch. Middle management if sc--wed. Virtually none of them even understand it. Line them up already and put them down
