Big re-org in Ratnakar’s organization this week. My boss moved my 1:1 to Thursday morning at the last minute today. My spidey sense says I’m in trouble.
Anyone heard anything?

NDA's are back, baby. You'll never know. It is rare that leaders actually trust their reports. Now with disclosure agreements and this self-preservation first culture, you'll never know.

No no no you must have missed the meeting. It's not a reorg, it's a realignment! We're taking these verticals and now we're calling them horizontals! It's not a reorg but some people are going to be let go and some people are going to have new managers! We're doing this to improve member experience and move faster! BTW thank you for all the great work the team is doing, but we have shareholders and Ratnakar's job to think about.
