Has there been any news about the employee survey? That happened over three months ago and then crickets.

@j3 PowerBI dashboard. Manager tells technician his durations are out of whack. Don't fudge the numbers, but fudge the number. We're chasing colors on a damn graph.
All this company cares about is the most ridiculous metrics dreamed up of from some new hire that came from Frontier or Verizon
I would imagine the Glassdooe reviews is to create the illusion that the new leaders have turned everything around and employees are happy. Big picture its all part of getting this tu-d sold. Last person with the bag loses.
They’re still manipulating the wording in those completed surveys so that everything looks great, people are super happy with all phases of their work life being great and it makes their home life better, and they think it’s way better to work here than anywhere else they’ve worked, wake up every day and can’t wait to get to the office and blah blah blah. And, oh, btw, we’re asking all employees to go on Glassdoor and tell the world how great a company we are and how much you like working here. And that way, you keep your name off your managers layoff list
Probably horrible results, and didn’t share so middle management can’t retaliate like they have in the past, targeting people for upcoming layoff decisions if they were being too honest. Smart move.
Normally they'd tout about a handful of positive survey questions. Probably dont have any. Also they used to track who had given bad surveys even though they were anonymous and we had to use specific links that were sent to us lol. Realized they can't fire everyone. YET.
My VP commented in our one-on-one that he is frustrated they haven't released the surveys to leadership yet. We both think the results were really bad for certain Frontier leaders that have been brought in to loot Uniti .
