They’re just trying to determine who to cut. I doubt they care. Don’t fill it out or fill out too much non-billable/expense attributable time? You should probably expect to be on that list. They already stack rank, don’t get why this is needed as well - other than what’s already been mentioned. As in, evidence for no severance
