Who is prioritizing work these days? They want everything done but do not have any worker bees to do it. Super young people being assigned to roles they have no experience in. Total sh-t show.

In 3-5 years, they will blame others for this very obvious math blunder.
@b5 how are we going to triple the university hires when we no longer recruit from most schools. All that is left is schools I have never even heard of!
And it's gonna get worse read about the ECF. DWW and IV think it's a good idea to triple the intake of university hires in the US yes looking like a shift in strategy from Houston to GBC as we no longer have the work for these.
What will be normal is a 20 year veteran out, three university hires in.
In uncon politics and getting that corner office is the priority. While regular workers su-k in sand and exhaust fumes the office folks are having the times of their lives. The gaps in DOAG and accountability down has zero to do with getting liquids out of the ground. You young guys get the experience and head out. If somehow someone with integrity gets promoted don’t change. Stay and help the rest of us who can’t leave .
Meanwhile all the experienced people are being told they are no good in their annual assessment feedback.
