Anyone notice this trend increasing? ES leading supply chain planning innovation is a good example. She consistently represents work she knows nothing of as her own. Weird, because she does it mostly on the topics/project she knows the least about. She also does it a lot externally to non-Nike folks.

Not my experience with her. Have seen much worse examples that are far more noteworthy.
